What's new in Mentionitis Version 1.1.0

We've had an awesome month with a ton of feedback from our early adopters and supporters. A lot of the bugs reported have been fixed and a few new cool features have been added to the extension.

New features and updates

English Dictionary integration for word definitions

We finally integrated the complete English language dictionary into our browser extension. This lets you use Mentionitis as a handy tool in your English learning toolkit as well as a search tool. Support for multiple languages to be added as well in the near future.

Updated user interface

As far as the user interface goes, we have updated the default font to allow for greater readability at smaller font sizes and weights as well as consistent iconography for a clean, less cluttered look.

Pinning search results on web pages, enabling multiple visible searches boxes per page

Based on your feedback, we understand that some of you may want to have multiple results open on a web page at one time. With this in mind, we introduced a result-pinning feature that prevents already open results from being dismissed when new searches are made.

Bug fixes

Fixed bug which created inconsistent look across different websites

Mentionitis will now look the same across every single website on the web. Phew.

After updating, you may see "undefined" bookmarks showing up on your bookmark list. It is completely safe to delete those bookmarks without losing any data.

We hope you continue to share your feedback so that we can build a tool that works best for you. Thank you!
